SPM is a fully owned subsidiary of National
Heritage Board (NHB) and incorporated on 1st April 1995
under the Companies Act as a Public Company limited by guarantee.
(Company No. 199502248C) We are also registered under the
Charities Act, 1994, as a Charity from 25th January 1996.
(Registration No.: 1154). SPM is part of the Central Fund
administered by NHB who has Institute of Public Character
(IPC) status.

The Museum is governed by a Board of Directors, chaired by Mr Daniel Teo, Board member of National Heritage Board and Managing Director of Daniel Teo Group of Companies.
The other members of the Board are:

The Team of 13 staff is led by General Manager, Ms Tresnawati Prihadi.
Ms Tresnawati Prihadi is assisted by Ms Lucille Yap in Curatorial and Collections,
Ms Lily Samuel in Education and Public Programmes, Mr Lee Ong Leong in Operations, Ms Helen Woo in Accounts & Administration, and Ms Jocelyn Lee in Public Communications.

Singapore Post Limited has been the Museum's
corporate sponsor since 1995. It funds part of our operating
expenses on an annual basis. Other sponsors for past exhibitions
and programmes include Singapore Pools Pte Ltd, Singapore
Press Holdings, Bank of America, PTT Dutch Post International,
KLM Royal Dutch Airline and Mondriaan Foundation.
Members of the public and business community who wish to
make cash donations for our exhibitions, programmes and
