Puzzle 1

Puzzle Stamp

How to solve

This sudoku puzzle consists of a big grid with nine rows and nine columns. It is further divided into nine smaller 3x3 grids which we call a ‘box’. The puzzle is filled with 9 different stamps and each stamp represents a number.

stamp 1= 1
stamp 2= 2
stamp 3= 3
stamp 4= 4
stamp 5= 5
stamp 6= 6
stamp 7= 7
stamp 8= 8
stamp 9= 9

There are basically two rules:

1. Each column, each row and each smaller 3x3 grid (box) must be filled with the set of 9 different stamps.

2. No column, row or box can have two squares with the same stamp.

You are NOT required to fill in stamp images to complete the puzzle. Instead, please substitute the stamps with numbers 1 to 9 as shown.

Print the empty grid and solve the puzzle!
